Beijing as the capital of our country and "13th Five-Year Plan" core strategic city,Beijing's social and economic development has been given high hopes by our government.However,with Beijing in all aspects of the brilliant achievements at the same time,social,economic,resource,environment also exposed the situation of uncoordinated.Some major urban diseases,such as crowded,urban pollution,haze and other issues have become the focus.It restricted Beijing's economic development and social harmony.Based on the theory and method of system dynamics,the article investigated a large number of Beijing current data,and used Anylogic software to construct the social and economic collaborative development of the simulation model include four systems: Beijing social subsystem,economic subsystem,resource subsystem,environment subsystem and so on.The simulation results showed that the simulation data error is less than 10% so the model is feasible.And it can simulate the social and economic development of Beijing in the next four years(2016 to 2019).Combined with the "13th Five-Year Plan " of the relevant indicators,the article both simulated no control measures under the Beijing socio-economic development and control measures under the socio-economic development.The results showed: four years later,in the case of control measures,the social population,GDP,resource consumption,water consumption and other basic are in line with the "13th Five-Year Plan" plan overall requirements.To promote the coordinated development of social economy,the article emphasized the need to take a series of functional easing and control measures include: population control,corporate relocation,functional easing,energy control,waste management and strict control emissions,making Beijing become green and harmonious.The article was divided into six chapters: the first chapter was the introduction,and explained the background,significance,literature review in our country and abroad.The second chapter was the social and economic situation in Beijing,and it was also the data source.The third chapter was the core modeling method and the system was based on the system dynamics model to construct.In the fourth chapter,the feasibility of the model was verified and the error was analyzed.The fifth chapter was the prediction and analysis of the future social economy of Beijing and the concrete description of the control measures.Finally,the sixth chapter was the summary of the article and the analysis of the model and the prospect.
