Since the 1990s, Chinese enterprises gradually outward foreign direct investment in developing countries, economic globalization including Chinese elements. The past decade, the amount of foreign investment increased year by year, Chinese enterprise trends that foreign investment and transnational business are more intense. Since 2015, China’s total foreign investment exceeds accepting foreign capital domestic investment, China would became a net exporter of capital. This is not just driven by business interests, it is driven by enterprises to break through trade barriers and participate in international division of labor.Malaysia is located in the southern end of the South China Sea, it’s has a important strategic position. Malaysia and China’s sound and stable political relationship ensures the growth of our bilateral economic and trade ties. Since 2009, China is Malaysia’s largest global trading partner, it’s maintained seven consecutive years, it’s Malaysia the largest import market and the second largest export markets. Among China-ASEAN trade, one-fifth from China-Malaysia bilateral trade. Malaysian government to. respond positively to China’s major strategic "One Belt and One Road", which Malaysian Investment Development Authority set up offices in China, to attract Chinese capital to invest in Malaysia.The thesis analyzes present situation and motivation which Chinese enterprises to invest in Malaysia, then noted that the current problem of Chinese enterprises, hope that put forward a number of recommendations to make Chinese enterprises to overcome difficulties and continue to develop in the Malaysia.The thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter-exordium includes background, theme, the theoretical basis, review of literature and research methods. The second chapter analyzes present situation which Chinese enterprises to invest in Malaysia. The third chapter analyzes Chinese companies because of location advantages, domestic industrial structure upgrade, expand overseas markets and national policy investment in Malaysia; Malaysia stable Political and economic environment, FDI policy to attract Chinese enterprises to invest in Malaysia. The fourth chapter noted that the current Chinese enterprises have some problems, such as narrow financing channels and information pipeline, ability of risk identification and risk management, corporate sense of social responsibility consciousness deficiency, lack of investment experience and international versatile personnel, Malaysia FDI policy disadvantages. The five chapter put forward consummate recommendations, include upholding indigenous development guideline, how to use preferential policies for foreign investment, broaden financing channels, establishing investment risk precautionary mechanism, optimizing training program of international versatile personnel and unimpeded effective information pipeline, establishing a high sense of social responsibility and implement brand strategy.
