The Research On The Financing Model Of The Agricultural Sme Cluster

Three rural issues are the main problems of new urbanization, and the development of the small and medium agricultural enterprises affects the development of agriculture. The rural development and farmers’income are related to the development process of new urbanization. The small and medium agricultural enterprises for its weakness in financing appeared some problems that the financing mode is traditional and the financing path is single and the financing efficiency is low, which eventually led to the financing difficulties of the small and medium agricultural enterprises. Relying on the whole clusters power to finance is an effective method to solve the problem of financing about the small and medium agricultural enterprises. However, The innovation of the model about the agricultural SME cluster financing is the key to solve the problem of financing about the small and medium agricultural enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model of SME cluster financing, in order to alleviate the financing difficulties of the small and medium agricultural enterprises, and provide the financial supporting for the modernization of agriculture and farmers-urbanization.First of all, we discusses the necessity of the financing about the agriculture SME cluster. Having three aspects explain it:the land circulation provides the path for the formation and development of the agriculture SME cluster;the single agricultural SME require cluster financing; the existing SME cluster financing model provides the experience for the agricultural SME cluster financing model.Secondly, the basic framework of the financing model about the agricultural SME is designed. In general, we elaborate the agricultural SME cluster financing model concept, subject, path and characteristics.On that basis we combined with the particularity of the agricultural SME to divide it into three types:the professional agriculture SME cluster,the comprehensive agricultural SME cluster and the supply chain agricultural SME cluster. According to three kinds of the different agricultural SME clusters, we design three concrete forms of the three different agricultural SME cluster financing models.Again, we analyzed and demonstrated the operation mechanism and the utility evaluation of the agricultural SME cluster financing model. We analyzed its operation mechanism from the operation node and process and its financing credit risk of the agricultural SME cluster financing model. We discussed the utilities of the agricultural SME cluster financing model in reducing the cost of financing, enhancing the availability of financing, raising the efficiency of financing, sharing the benefits of financing and transferring the risk of financing.Again, we analyzed the cases about the bud of the professional and comprehensive and supply chain agricultural SME cluster financing modelFinally, we summarized the text.We got the conclusion and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
