This paper, combined with this special industry such as theindustry cluster for the iron and steel trade and the specific case of A Steel Enterprisesof Hunan, deeply explores the operation mode of SME financing in the industry clusterfor steel trade, and reveals many problems in the financing practice, such as theasymmetric information, the defects of external environment, the internal constructionand so on. Then from the point of related theory on the industrial clusters andcorporate finance, combined with the current development of the industry cluster of steel trade in Hunan, proposes opinions and suggestions that solves financing problemof A steel trade enterprise, which include developing industry Guarantee Corporationand playing an effect on financing cluster, regulating the implementation of thefinancing decision and planning, etc. which also has good inspiration to solve thefinancing problems of SMEs in China’s industrial clusters.
