Constructing business models is considered to be one of the ways to help renewable resource companies to obtain new profit points and promote the establishment of healthy competition for the renewable resources industry. While, business models for renewable resources are still in their infancy, the traditional business models that profiting relies mainly on price difference and trading partners are not fixed play a leading role. Driven by information technology, finance and other services, the traditional business models no longer adapt to the development of recycling enterprises. Therefore, how to innovate business models to form a stable trading relationship and profit consistently is an urgent problem. Through studying related documents of renewable resources, supply chain and business models at home and abroad, the definition, features and related concepts in supply chain and business models of renewable resources are described in this thesis, the theoretical relations between renewable resource supply chain and business model are put forward innovatively, and the inner unity and interaction between them are analyzed so as to form the theoretical basis. Then, induce the typical business models of recycling enterprises systematically, and from the supply chain perspective, renewable resource business models are classified. Through selecting supply chain systemic value and transaction cost as indexes and establishing a Stackelberg game model, different types of business models are compared and studied by the quantitative and qualitative methods. Combined the results with the characteristics of recycling enterprises, the business models based on cooperative supply chain is selected for further research which is superior and potential, the improving methods and innovative models are raised further. Finally, design the cooperative business model specifically in aspect of stakeholders, business processes, the mechanisms for profit distribution and so on, and demonstrate the result that supply chain systemic value has been increased, transaction cost has been cut down after establishing the cooperative business model. Furthermore, reasonable mechanisms for information sharing and risk pooling are proposed in the paper. Using supply chain theory and business model theory to carry on the concrete research of the renewable resources industry is the breakthrough that found in the research gaps, which provides a new perspective of the research on the renewable resources industry.
