Research On Logistics Enterprise Credit Evaluation System

With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the issue of credit of logistics enterprises have become increasingly prominent. Aiming at the current situation of the lack of credibility of the logistics industry, this paper aims to construct the evaluation index system and the evaluation model, and to evaluate the integrity of the logistics enterprises. Literature analysis, survey, model analysis and case analysis are used to carry out related research work in this paper. The relevant information of the logistics enterprises in the domestic and international credit is mastered through reviewing and summarizing the related field of literature review and analysis. On the basis of field investigation, this paper have a deeper understanding of the current situation of logistics enterprises, logistics enterprise credit and its problems. Focus on several representative of the logistics enterprises in Changsha City, the daily operations of these enterprises and the problems associated with the credit of the system have been systematically investigated. A detailed analysis of the credit of the logistics enterprise on the basis of the present situation, problems and opportunities in the construction of credit is carried out. By putting forward the principles of system optimization, scientific nature, targeted, universal comparability and practicality, the evaluation index system of logistics enterprise credit evaluation is constructed from two aspects of financial index and non-financial index. This paper use factor analysis method to select the financial indicators and the expert consultation method to select the non-financial indicators and establishes the three level structure of the logistics enterprise credit evaluation index system at last. For the purpose of selecting a more scientific and effective evaluation model, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and Logistic regression model are built. In the construction of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the use of factor analysis and entropy weight method for index system weight assignment can effectively compensate for the randomness of the subjective weighting method. Through the analysis and comparison of the two evaluation models, it is found that the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more suitable for the logistics enterprise credit evaluation. According to the characteristics of different types of logistics enterprises, this paper take three representative companies from the comprehensive service, transportation, warehousing logistics enterprises into empirical analysis in order to further verify the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable and the evaluation model is effective. To carry out the research on the credit evaluation system of logistics enterprises can promote the integrity of the whole industry, improve the level of industry integrity, and promote the rapid and healthy development of the whole logistics industry. The results of this paper can provide reference for decision-making of relevant government departments.
