Study On Performance Of Supply Chain Financing Platform By Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

Logistics finance is a new direction of interdisciplinary research, a lot of theories and methods are the process of innovation, development and maturation. Supply chain financing is the integration of logistics and finance. In reality, how to deal with the relationship between logistics and cash flow has become an obstacle of enterprise development, with the electronic information age, supply chain financing platform should be born to solve this problem, so the researchers have a strong practical and realistic significance. But for all aspects of supply chain financing platform are very few, so by the research of supply chain finance platform Baosteel field in summer holiday, the paper select the database of supply chain financing platform in Baosteel from June2009to June2010as the sample data, study on its performance of supply chain financing platform by comprehensive evaluation. The main work and conclusions:(1)Sorting, calculating and analyze the data of supply chain financing platform in Baosteel, obtaining the indicators of performance evaluation to build the comprehensive evaluation index system of supply chain finance platform Baosteel. Then it’s the dimensionless and consistent treatment for the evaluation Indicators, based on specific evaluation criteria to determine the collection of the assessment information of comprehensive evaluation model; according to the research questionnaire, obtaining the corresponding weight coefficient of different indicators by G2empowering method in order to build a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.(2)The supply chain financing makes organic logistics and cash flow together effectively, to solve the problems that the firms can not be completed the procurement and production due to insufficient funds in fact. The supply chain financing platform is a new era of electronic information products, as a network supply chain finance-the supply chain financing platform, and the facilitate efficient financing model has been widely recognized.The comprehensive evaluation score of the supply chain financing platform of Baosteel is high comparatively, the results prove that the overall performance of the supply chain finance platform of Baosteel is good.; the comprehensive evaluation score of the platform to promote indicators is lowest, the results prove that the supply chain financing platform of Baosteel is not promoted in the present.(3) The supply chain financing platform of Baosteel was on-line since2009, and the volume of business has been growing. Comparing the main indicators in June2010to that in June2009, The year growth rates of the main indicators are positive.The numbers of users landing of the supply chain financing platform of Baosteel increase as many as4times, the results prove that more and more financing companies address the financing problem through the supply chain financing platform, and sales, order and orders are growing rapidly, the results indicate that the supply chain financing platform of Baosteel is in the high-speed growth and development stage.
