Comprehensive Evaluation On The Financial Performance Of Small And Medium Information Service Enterprises

Although small and medium information service enterprises play an important role on the national economy, they are now facing bottlenecks in their development and financing is the most prominent one which is mainly caused by the lack of objective understanding of them. Therefore, this paper carried out the performance evaluation of small and medium enterprise information services to make us gain better understanding of the current situation on their development and help them to solve the problems. This paper focuses on three aspects, evaluation index system, index weight and evaluation models, to study the performance of small and medium information service enterprise.First, the financial indicators are divided into two categories:range type indicators and efficiency indicators based on the related literature of small and medium information service enterprise. The ideal interval of range type indicators are defined by interval estimation and then standardized. Based on the standardized data, the multiple correlation coefficient method is adopted to get the final evaluation index system. Next, using Gl as a subjective weighting method and improve it with entropy method to make the assignment more Objective.And the mapping relationship between the index scale and standard values are established to solve the problem of index scale outliers. Finally, using the weighted summation of performance based on the functional relationship between reward and punishment factor and growth rate of indicators between the adjacent time points. And introducing time degrees, which give different weights according to the different recognition extent of time series data. Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, this paper evaluate the performance of small and medium information service enterprises dynamically.
