In this thesis, a comprehensive evaluation model of residential housing based oncoefficients of combined weights is obtained. In general, there are two weightcoefficient methods. One is the subjective weight method, which is determined by usingAnalytic Hierachy Process, and has been higher rationality, but has not overcame the randomof subjective idea,. Another is the objective weight method, which is gotten by using the Entrropymethod, and excavates the original information of the data. So, the obtained results aremore objective, but, do not reflect the knowledge and Practical experience of experts and the viewsof policy makers. Thus, we combine the subjective and the objective weight methods for getting acomprehensive weight method, which can make the evaluation more comprehensive, reasonable. Simultaneously, we show that the model has the advantages of simpleoperation, strong practicability, and is the objective and reasonable.Based on the comprehensive evaluation system of residential housing, we constructand analysis a specific model of College Students’ dormitory. Through detail analysis of themodel, we show that the comprehensive evaluation method, which is consist of Analytic HierachyProcess and the Entrropy method, is effective. In practical application, the method correctsscientifically the weight coefficients of traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Simultaneously,it also pays more attention to the hierarchical structure of evaluation index system itself, and makefull use of the evaluation index of information, so that we can draw overall results, and evaluate asingle or two stage index individually. Therefore, the method has wide application, and can be usedin different fields of evaluation models. The examples further explain the rationality of these resultsin this thesis.
