This thesis starts the analysis of financial effects in corporate asset securitization from the perspective of corporate asset securitization, which is conducive to the promotion of asset securitization in enterprises and finally increase value of enterprises. Domestic research on enterprise asset securitization is not form a system of research, choosing the angle can not only enrich our country enterprise asset securitization theory achievements of financial effect, It also will provide valuable experience for future enterprise asset securitization for reference.This thesis mainly discusses financial effects in enterprise asset securitization, and comprehensively analyzes the financial effects from the cost effect, income effect and the effects of financial risk and financial index effect. At the same time, based on the case of Oct happy valley in document data, This thesis use the event study method financial index contrast analysis method, the Z value model. Finally in order to improve the financial effect of enterprise asset securitization in our country, put forward some suggestions. Through literature analysis, theoretical analysis and case analysis.It concluded that:Firstly, with the development and the continuous improvement of the capital market, enterprise asset securitization plays an essential role in the capital market. Secondly, enterprise asset securitization of financial efficiency is embodied in the following aspects:The financing scale reduces the enterprise financing costs. It increases financing income of enterprise; to a certain extent. It increases the financial risk. In the short term, financial index condition is better. The asset securitization of Oct solves the financing difficulties, improves the enterprise’s financial situation, the financial risk of the enterprise did not stand out in a short period of time.
