Research Of Biological Industry Competitiveness-Based On The Analysis Of Third National Economic Census Data

Biological industry is one of the strategic emerging industries which relates the national economy and people’s livelihood, every country attaches great importance to the development of biological industry, and strengthen the development of biological industry and investment; As early as the period of "11th five-year plan" in our country, the biology industry was determined as the key development area,our country by making a series of measures,like biological industry development planning and preferential policies,to promote the leapfrog development of biological industry. And the very valuable data are obtained from the third national economic census, the development and utilization of this data can effectively play its application value;Therefore, this article use the economic census data to study the biology industry development status from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, have great significance of biology industry competitiveness.In this paper, according to the biological industry classification standards formulated by the state, collect and organize the related data; the paper build a biological industry development evaluation index system from comprehensive scale, economic situation, scientific and technological innovation ability, the paper also build a biological enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system from comprehensive scale, the resources use efficiency, science and technology innovation ability; In this paper, hefei high-tech zone as an example,based on analysis of the third national economic census data, using the index system to analysis the biological industry’s status and evaluate the competitiveness of biological industrial enterprises which above designated size (referred to as the "regulations on enterprises"), find out the problems in the process of developing the biological industry, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and the biological industry development experience at home and abroad, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the competitiveness of biological industry.
