First, consider a supply chain that have suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Combine with perishable product’s characteristics of short life cycle and price varying along with time, the thesis studied the order quantity, lead time and other related flexible characteristics’impact on the supply flexibility under the background of market demand uncertainty,; Conclusion shows that the lead time characteristics is inversely proportional to the supply flexibility; The biggest orders is proportional to it; Price subsidy is proportional to the supply flexibility, the quantity restriction is inversely proportional to it. Secondly, expounded the characteristics of orders’ delivery flexibility from the angle of the manufacturer. This paper analyze the normal production time’s and the shortest production time’s impact on delivery flexibility; Finally, briefly expounds the perishable product’s characteristic of logistic’s flexibility and information system’s flexibility.Analyze the flexible strategies and its choices. On the basis of the former part, the thesis study the flexible strategy. First, design the perishable products’flexible contract from the quantity flexibility and leadtime flexibility, and model the flexible total cost of perishable product’s supply chain as standard, provides the manufacturers and retailers the way to choose suppliers, in order to improve perishable products’supply flexibility; Then, enhance orders’delivery flexibility by appropriately strengthen products’ generalization degree. The shortest production time is inversely proportional to delivery flexibility, and the normal production time is proportional to it.
