Research On Replenishment Management Of Perishable Goods In Large Warehouse Distribution Center

Perishable goods are relatively common in our life,It refers to some goods that will deteriorate,expire,damage and volatilize with the passage of time in the process of storage and circulation,thus devaluing the product.At present,the sales of perishable products in China are increasing year by year and favored by consumers.However,due to the short life cycle and strong timeliness of perishable products,the research on perishable products has become an important problem in the academic circle.Based on perishable goods as the research subject,this paper through on-the-spot investigation,combined with the large warehouse distribution center,analyzing the present situation and problems of perishable operation mode around the perishable product supply chain end storage area replenishment and internal picking replenishment of two kinds of operation mode,through literature analysis and investigation,using perishable inventory theory,grey theory forecast method and particle swarm optimization theory and methods,such as for large warehouse distribution center perishable product replenishment problem X company conducted in-depth research,mainly as follows:Firstly,the research status of replenishment management in large warehouse distribution center and perishable replenishment at home and abroad is comprehensively described.Secondly,the field investigation of the enterprise was conducted,and the operation mode of the enterprise was systematically introduced.Problems in the replenishment of perishable goods were found,including the determination of the level of replenishment of perishable goods in storage area and the uneven distribution of replenishment signals in the internal picking area.Third,according to determine the level of supply chain side to fill the problem,adopt(R,S)replenishment strategy,by introducing a strong applicability of three parameter Weibull distribution to describe the deterioration of perishable product rate,using the grey forecasting theory to predict in a cycle of perishable goods demand rate,to enterprise a replenishment cycle maximum profit as the objective function of the perishable goods replenishment strategy model is established,using Matlab for the perishable goods replenishment data analysis,draw a cycle for perishable product to the level;Finally,focusing on the uneven distribution of replenishment demand signals within the picking area,particle swarm optimization(pso)was applied to optimize the order ordering,and a more even order ordering order was obtained.
