Import And Export Of Seafood And Strategic Research Development Of Yanbian Region

Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in eastern Jilin Province, located in the heart of Northeast Asia, Russia and Korea are the two neighboring countries, Russia and North Korea have extensive pollution of the marine resources. In recent years, drawn by foreign and domestic processing methods, extensive use of both domestic and overseas markets, One side the domestic demand for seafood consumption, on the other side, numbers of high-quality imported raw materials for export after processing and packaging. In this paper, in the form of field survey, collected nearly six years in Yanbian seafood import and export data to understand the import and export trade and processing seafood Yanbian relevant circumstances and situation, and the corresponding analysis and found the problem and give countermeasures. Provide the basis for accurate knowledge of the status quo and export seafood Yanbian, decision-making, but also provides a theoretical basis for further study of Yanbian seafood import and export terms.After investigation, the import and export of seafood Yanbian weight, value, country and regional trade increased nearly six years, it has formed a seafood import and export processing trade industry. The results are as follows:1. There are 124 record importing seafood companies in Yanbian, including 81 in Hunchun,18 in Yanji,11 in Longjing, and the 8 in Helong,4 in Tumen,2 in Antu. Total seafood imports goods from 2010 to 2015 increased by 38%, the value increased by 136%. The main imported goods as squid, cod fish, crabs, shellfish and so on more than twenty species, importing countries are North Korea and Russia.2. There are 163 record exporting seafood companies in Yanbian, including 49 registered to South Korea,7 registered to Russia,6 registered to US,5 registered to EU.1 registered to Vietnam. Total seafood exports of goods from 2010 to 2015 has increased by 671%, the value increased by 91%. Main exports squid, cod fish, crabs. Spanish mackerel, shellfish, salmon and other species more than ten. Trade export countries and regions from 4 grown to 28 from 2010 to 2015, long-term trade exporting countries are South Korea, North Korea and Southeast Asia.There are still some problems,70% companies registered abroad can not rich the requirements of the export semi-finished products for the processing and other issues are still outstanding. Deal with the problems, it is recommended to monitor the risk of imported seafood, improve the processing production conditions, it is recommended conditions of foreign enterprises have the ability to complete the registration, research and development of new varieties, to dig out the potential of the product.
