In twentieth Century70years, as developing countries continue to intensifyeconomic opening, export processing industry and the rapid development of foreigntrade, international trade pattern has transformed into a buyer’s market trend, therole of demand side factors impact on trade strengthened. Thailand is the world’sleading seafood exporting countries; export target market of Thailand is mainlyUSA canned seafood, Japan and Europe. However, trade barriers are commonproblems encountered in the present world exports of seafood products, export tradeof Thailand is no exception. America, Japan, EU countries in awareness of tradeprotection is constantly improved, this led directly to the green trade barriers andtechnical barriers to trade policy have been put out. In the past there have beenmany Thailand seafood exports of canned meet importer blocking phenomenon,trade barriers to exports from Thailand seafood products increase speed graduallyslow down. In the international trade increasingly competitive environment, thecomparative advantages of Thailand canned seafood exports and problems, and thendiscuss how to deal with the barriers in developed countries, to enhance theThailand canned seafood export trade volume and have important significance toenhance its competitiveness in the international market.The main content of this paper is divided into four chapters; the first chapter isthe introduction, including the topic selection background, research purpose andsignificance, the domestic and foreign research present situation and evaluation.The second part is the Thailand canned seafood export trade layout. Which explainsthe Thailand seafood, canned process analysis of the comparative advantage ofThailand canned seafood export. The third part is facing Thailand canned seafoodexport question is government policy is lack of continuity and productionenterprises of their own problems. The fourth part is the countermeasure and thesuggestion to expand the export of canned seafood of Thailand, analyzed accordingto changes in the international situation, adjust the market policy, to play theleading role, the government in the export of canned seafood to promote industrialrestructuring in order to enhance the competitiveness of the canned seafood exportindustries and establish a scientific concept of development and enhance the level ofenterprise management. For the last part, are conclusions that summarize the fulltext content.
