Strengthening the development of international labor export has a far-reaching significance to every country of the world. In China, especially after the reform and open policy has been put forward, labor export has been greatly developed. In China, labor export has experienced the process in which it starts from scratch, develops gradually and makes great achievements. The gradual development of labor export brings China comparatively great economic benefits and social benefits and provides a new path for alleviating the domestic employment pressure, increasing residents'income and exchange revenue, realizing the transfer of rural surplus labor etc. After entering into the WTO, labor export is further developed, so China has become a major country for output enterprise. At present, researches about the export of labor services of China includes: research on development potentiality of labor export, periodic analysis on the process of labor export development in China and development strategies and suggestions etc. International labor export in China spreads more than 180 countries and regions of the world, and the industries concerned are also far-ranging. Both the development and the research of international labor export have an important significance that benefits the countries and the peoples.In Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, the international labor export in its true sense began from 1989, and then experienced a process of development for more than 20 years. The enterprise of labor export started from scratch, developed gradually and made eye-catching achievements. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture international labor export has contributed a lot to the development of the regional economy and various enterprises. It has not only increased exchange revenue but also improved the income level and consumption level of residents in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, and at the same time provided an effective way for the transfer of rural surplus labor force.How to make the enterprise of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture develop healthily and orderly and further increase the developing speed and the quality of labor export enterprise is the question we need to face. In the thesis, international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is taken as the object of research, and the definition and status of international labor export of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and its influence to the development of regional economy and the influencing factors to labor export are introduced, and also strategies and suggestions on the development of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture are proposed. This thesis is divided into 5 parts:Part-1 is the introduction. The background of the subject choosing is introduced, the definition of labor export is given, the theory of labor export is illustrated, the relevant research is summed up and commented and the framework and method of research of this thesis are stated.In Part-2, the current status concerning international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is mainly analyzed. Firstly, the developing stages of labor export of China and international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture are introduced. Secondly, from the field and the characteristics of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, the status of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is analyzed. Part-3 is the influence of labor export on regional economic development. The influence of labor export to the economic development of Yanbian region from its influence on the consumption level and income of the residents, the increasing of GDP and the local fiscal revenue of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is illustrated. International labor export of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture not only increases exchange revenue but has great influence on the improving of the consumption level of residents and increasing residents'income, and what's more, labor export is also playing an important role in the economic development of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.Part-4 is about the influence factors of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and the social problems caused. It is illustrated and analyzed mainly from the following five aspects: the policy of which labor export is encouraged in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, the influence from the policies of the main input countries, the influence from international financial crises to labor export, the influence of the quality of personnel sent abroad to labor export and the social problems caused out of international labor export.Part-5 is about the strategies and suggestions on further development of international labor export of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. With the fast development of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and the influence of financial crises to the labor export field, the enterprise of labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture will face more severe test. What we should do is to further perfect the relevant policy and management system etc and pay great effort to educate talents of high-technology to match with the demand of international labor market for labor force and grasp the moderate policy of labor export countries as well as to properly solve the problems caused out of labor export. So from the above aspects, the amount, the field and the industry of international labor export in Yanbian Korean Autonomous are to be increased and developed.The last part is the conclusion. Along with the year by year extension and diversification of international labor export of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture on scope and forms, in order to reduce the pressure for employment and unemployment, increase exchange revenue, increase the consumption level and input level of residents of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, to fully understand the international situation and developing trend of international markets, especially the demands of labor markets of every country in the world after the financial crises, to actively adjust the strategies of labor export and so that to promote the enterprise of international labor export of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture to develop more healthily and orderly. |
