Through the analysis of the real estate agent responsibility, literature analysis, the competent quality dictionary, observation method, behavioral event interview method, finally it determined the real estate realtor’s professional competence quality elements. In view of the real estate broker professional competence quality elements, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the real estate agent; get the construction of a real estate realtor’s professional competence quality model data. Again through the factor analysis to determine the real estate broker professional competence quality model, and applied AMOSS software to finish reliability validity test, and the model as the evaluation index system, using triangular fuzzy number-TOPSIS method to evaluate the professional competence quality level of real estate realtors, and the model is applied to the recruitment selection in human resource management, training development, performance management, salary management, and management of career planning, to enhance the efficiency of real estate brokerage enterprise human resources management.
