This paper takes the rural electrician management of TZ Power Supply Company under the background of electric power system reform as its study object and based on the human resource management 3P model, tries to give suggestions on solving the problems in the incentive system for rural electrician management after surveying and analyzing the current conditions. And then provides the theoretical basis and methodological guidance for promoting the working enthusiasm and work satisfaction of rural electricians in TZ Power Supply Company.This paper identifies through questionnaire the following main problems in the managerial incentives of rural electricians in TZ Power Supply Company:irrational and ineffective post setting, lack of systematic and scientific performance standard, less incentive salary distribution. Therefore, this paper first defines the guiding ideology and founding principles for the improvement of the company’s managerial incentive system toward rural electricians according to the real situation in TZ. Then Based on the human resource management 3P model, it makes suggestions in detail on a more scientific post setting for rural electricians, a normative performance evaluation system and a reasonably-built salary distribution standard to perfect the managerial incentive system toward rural electricians. And lastly, it offers suggestions such as reinforcing the execution of managerial incentives, establishing an unobstructed communication and feedback channel and cultivating a positive enterprise culture to safeguard the execution of the effective managerial incentive system toward rural electricians.The study over the managerial incentives on human resource management 3P model for rural electricians in TZ Power Supply Company is this paper is of great referential and inspirational significance for other power supply companies in other cities in the same trouble to increase the work efficiency and the effective managerial incentive level of rural electricians.
