As an important pillar industry of the national economic foundation,the power industry has made great achievements in infrastructure construction.As a typical representative of traditional "monopoly state-owned enterprises",there have been many problems such as great differences in employee status,treatment,and incentive measures for a long time.Due to the inflexible employment mechanism and obvious differences in post-treatment policies,the enthusiasm of power supply service workers is not high and the internal motivation is insufficient,which seriously restricts the development of power supply companies.In this paper,the power supply service staff of W power supply company is the research object,combining with the relevant theories of incentive mechanisms,and comprehensively using the research methods of literature,text analysis,questionnaire survey,and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive system and relevant policies of power supply service staff of W power supply company and explores the existing performance evaluation,reward and punishment regulations,salary and welfare.The problems and deficiencies existing under the system incentive mechanisms such as on-the-job training and promotion,further analyze the different factors affecting the work enthusiasm and enterprise identity of power supply service employees and put forward the reform plan for the existing systems and policies such as performance evaluation,reward and punishment regulations,salary and welfare,on-the-job training and promotion,analyze the expected improvements.and formulate detailed implementation guarantee measures to improve the work enthusiasm and internal driving force of power supply service staff,to provide new vitality for the development of W power supply company.
