The Research Of Commercial Banks Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation System

With the integration of the global economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the performance of social responsibility, commercial banks are no exception. At present, most commercial banks have entered the market, the competition has become more intense, coupled with foreign banks in China, the domestic commercial banks are facing huge challenges. In order to improve the competitiveness of commercial banks, and enhance the soft power of commercial banks. Commercial banks should consider how to take the social responsibility and coordinate the harmonious development of the society, the enterprise and the bank in order to improve the performance of the bank and increase the profit of the shareholders. In order to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of commercial banks and encourage more commercial banks to fulfill their social responsibility, we need to establish a set of commercial bank social responsibility performance evaluation system, aimed at evaluation of commercial bank is in compliance with the social responsibility, and perform many of the social responsibility.
