This paper refer to the literature both at home and abroad, the demand of emergency supplies grading and demand is as the research object, the involved content also launched a concrete study. First, in the demand for emergency supplies classification study, through analysising the existing problems of emergency supplies classification in our country, and with the demand of emergency supplies, put forward to the thought of demand of classification, build demand grading evaluation index system of the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the classification study on the demand of emergency supplies to identify some supplies demand level. Secondly, in the study of emergency supplies demand, adopt the method of indirect prediction, according to the early earthquake disaster area, the number of casualties have corresponding emergency supplies, first determine the corresponding set of properties by Euclidean distance, and then in multiple prediction method, select the improved BP neural network prediction method, and discuss its generalization ability, make it can accurately predict the number of casualties in disaster area. Finally, ensure the greatest degree to meet disaster emergency supplies supply, establish the relationship between number of casualties and the demand of emergency supplies, through case analysis, validate the model, thus for emergency supplies management provides a good help, improve the processing efficiency of emergency supplies.So this article combined demand classification with the demand of emergency supplies, it is now the trend of the development of the emergency supplies demand analysis. Through emergency supplies priority classification confirm the demand of emergency supplies in the earthquake urgency, it can divide earthquake disaster emergency supplies distribution transport on the basis of it, through the lead time of the model, the material priority classification is direct proportional to demand, and therefore as two major influencing factors of emergency supplies allocation decisions:classification of the demand of emergency supplies and demand, this paper research for the distribution of emergency supplies decision-making provide certain reference significance.
