| Under the background of "The Belt and Road" Kunming has been from the border area into a frontier area of opening to the outside world, the exhibition industries in Kunming also from the service role of local economic development has risen to the national strategic service level, to promote the political, economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation in such areas will become the national level the function orientation of Kunming new exhibition industries.In recent years, more and more the large-scale international exhibitions, conferences, festivals has been held by Kunming’s exhibition industries. Especially the held of the China-South Asia Expo, China Import and Export Fair (Kunming), China International Tourism Fair, Kunming International Cultural Tourism Festival,all those activities has enhanced the international influence of the exhibition industries in Kunming.With the unique geographical location, Kunming exhibition industries will play a more and more important role in promoting the construction of "the Belt the Road", in communicating and connecting China with the South Asia, the Southeast Asia. It is to say under the strategic background of the Belt the Road", Kunming exhibition industries are faced with a new development opportunity stage. Therefor, Kunming exhibition industries should take advantage of "the Belt the Road "strategy, blend itself into the national development strategy, reinforce the exhibition cooperation with the countries of the South and the Southeast Asia, to build itself as famous exhibition city with international brand,and to build itself as regional convention and exhibition center city that can provide exhibition services for peripheral areas.This paper mainly analyzes the history, the feature, the existing problems of Kunming exhibition industries. And on this basis this paper use the PEST model to analysis the internal relations between"the Belt the Road"and Kunming’s exhibition industries, then point out the opportunities and challenges of Kunming exhibition industries under that background. Finally, this paper discusses the functional orientation and path in future development of Kunming’s exhibition industries, and offers a proposal in Kunming exhibition industries’ future sustainable development. |
