With the deepening of economic globalization and regional economicintegration,economic resources continuously break through the nationalboundaries to seek the optimal configuration mode and allocative efficiencyall over the world.Economic and social development of interdependence,mutual integration,influence and restraining with each other have achieved ahigher level.Opening to the outside world has become a inevitable choice ofregional economic and social development,but it needs the industry support.Leading industries can promote the development of others.Conductinginternational exchange and cooperation about industries can change resourceadvantages into economic advantages,but it depends on the cultivation ofleading industries.Contaction of gansu province and the central asian region has a longhistory by the ancient sike road.So it has geographical advantages in theopening process. Due to the unbalanced regional development,gansu needsbase on transportation corridors such as the ancient silk road and the newasia-europe continental bridge to create a new silk road economic belt,find outwhat are the leading industries open to the central asian countries and how todevelop these ones. Based on the industrial structure characteristics of thenew silk road economic belt in gansu province and central asia countries,findout nine suitable leading industries that can open to the asia countries.According to the actual situations and teconometric model,the result conforms to the actual industrial development conditions.Last,putting forward how todevelop these leading industries effectively,hoping the suggestions can supplyscientific basis for the adjustment of industrial structure and leading industriescultivation.
