China which is an united multi-nation state is no exception.From the past to the present,ethnic minorities gathertogether in its west and border areas.Due to poor development foundation,these areas where the han nationality lives.Most ethnic minorities,especially those who are thinly populated,stay in poverty.The mang people,who live in Jin,miao,dainational minority autonomous couty in Yunnan province,are thinly populated.Their development of social production is backward and their ethnic race was not determined until they were officially approved to belong to the blang nationality by the state Ethnic Affairs Commission.On May 13,2009.They retained their title as the mang people.Before they belonged to the blang nationality,they received all aspects of assistance from our party and country.Starting in the 1950 s, the party and the government to help them develop production, get rid of poverty, the period of reform and opening-up, the government intensify Chinese ask bitter, mang people in society has changed, but because there is no system to support planning, and national ownership has not been solved, so the practice of the national economic policy in the region a washout.
