With the rapid development of global economy, the world’s energy consumption is growing. Traditional energy is gradually reducing and many countries are looking for new sources of energy to replace traditional energy. Solar energy become a focus of attention with its clean, green and renewable advantages. After decades of development, the technology of water heater products from solar energy is relatively mature and is higher-accepted by market.Currently domestic solar water heater enterprises are numerous, but most of the enterprises are on a smaller scale, and they are in a more intense market competition.This article makes a summary of solar water heater market and industry, together with the analysis of typical enterprise marketing strategy, hoping to discover the trajectory of the industry, to provide constructive reference and improvement for the development of Hefei Meiling Solar Company. It also hopes to provide certain reference for similar background enterprises.As the research object of this article, Hefei Meiling Solar Company was founded in 2002. After the development of 13 years, although it has made a sustainable development in the fierce market, but still can not reach the expected goals. And it is not so optimistic in the current environment. How to break the predicament in the existing market, and the implementation in the layout of the marketing strategy are becoming the top priority.This article integrated the use of marketing management and the human resource. Based on the actual status of the enterprise, to make analysis of domestic solar water heater industry present situation, strategy of major domestic solar water heater marketing, and analysis of Hefei Meiling Solar Company marketing research current situation, this article is to find out the adverse factors and favorable factors which affect the development of Meiling Solar Energy Company. Based on that, it can make marketing strategy and implementation security improvement for Hefei Meiling Solar Energy Company. It aims to provide a reference for similar domestic enterprises by this case study.
