Marketing management is the core for enterprises to realize value. Under thewhite-hot condition of industry competition, competitive advantage in marketing is themost direct and effective competition of enterprises. This paper takes the establishment ofmarketing strategy of Zhongrong Solar Energy Co., LTD. as the object of study, usingresearch methods of the combination of the literature reading and practical investigation,the qualitative analysis and logical reasoning, and theoretical and practical research,systematically studied and discussed Zhongrong company ’s marketing strategy, hope itwill provide some theoretical and practical reference for domestic solar water heatercompany to correctively evaluate its and the opponent ’s marketing competitiveness.First of all, the paper took the current and overall marketing situation of Zhongrongcompany as the background, made the external marketing environment analysis throughthe macro and micro environment analysis, and analyzed the advantages anddisadvantages of the company through the industry competition analysis and SWOTanalysis, and then summed up the existing problems in Zhongrong, which lay thefoundation for the development of company marketing strategy.Secondly, aimed at the existing problems, under the instruction of the theory of STPand4P, according to the company’s own situation and the characteristics of the marketsegments, the paper selected the company’s target market. And then, it developed thecompany’s marketing strategy to improve the enterprise’s marketing management.Finally, this paper put forward specific measures from the two concepts ofmarketing and internal management; namely, establishing advanced concepts of theoverall marketing, green marketing and relationship marketing, using modernmanagement philosophy to guide marketing. Through strengthen management in theaspects of organization form, staff training, assessment and incentive mechanism andenterprise culture to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of marketingstrategies.
