The competition of enterprises is becoming more and more fierce with the acceleration of the global economic integration, how to ensure their competitive advantage, organizational ability has become the key to maintain long-term competitive advantage. At present, some famous enterprises in foreign countries, through a large number of the use of enterprise organizational capacity to reshape the management process, received a good effect. From our point of view, China’s enterprise development is from extensive development stage to the fine management stage forward. As the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, the importance of enterprise organizational capacity for the development of enterprises has become increasingly apparent. To intensify the research on the enterprise organizational capability, on the one hand can provide substantial help and support for enterprises to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, which can help the enterprise to continue to adjust their management ways and achieve the optimal allocation of resources, so as to continuously enhance their core competitiveness; on the other hand, through a comprehensive study of enterprise organizational capability to improve the enterprise management theory, for domestic enterprises transition upgrades to provide reference. H power company as an important regional power company, has a strong development strength, in terms of market share, human resources, gathered a lot of high quality resources, but its management efficiency is relatively low, increase to h power company’s organizational capacity research, have very important sense.We have a comparative and theoretical analysis about the enterprise organizational capability management using case study method, inductive deductive method.We discuss the present situation and problems of the organizational capacity of H power company with comprehensive analysis that H power company in the organization’s ability promotion facing talent management measure system is relatively sound and the chain factors of enterprise innovation mining ineffective, business process execution is not standardized, performance assessment and supervision management weakening the role and other issues, and we proposed the countermeasures to solve these problems. we know that the ability to strengthen the organization and management is the key to ensure the H electric power company to achieve sustainable development based on the H Power Corporation to enhance the ability of analysis and promote the organization to enhance the H power company shall by setting the balanced scorecard and enhance organizational support, establish institutional arrangements, improve staff management measures to create new value curve, improve customer service experience, to create differentiated products or services, strengthen the innovation of enterprise chain; system transformation of enterprise business process, a new open up new business areas focusing on enterprise business process reengineering efforts; the construction of performance target system, we should construct the performance evaluation index system of business process execution system to improve business execution process.
