Since 2005, along with the rapid development of the 11th and the 12th Five Year Plan, China’s rapid economic development, benefit from the healthy large environment, the power tool market is also expanding. C group, mainly engaged in high-end electric tools manufacturing and sales, in order to seize the market share in China, enhance group influence in the industry, give priority to the Chinese market with its CPT sub company mainly engaged in own brand electric tools to carry out the sales work. With the development and progress of the technology of electric tool, the differences between products has been gradually reduced, coupled with foreign brands enter and the importance of the Chinese market, much entry of new domestic brands, the CPT company should not only do products have sufficient differentiation, but also need to constantly launch new products into the market. In the rapidly changing market environment, after the listing of new products, how fast, smooth open market, completes the listing of new products marketing strategy is very important, that’s a big challenge for the CPT company.In this paper, based on the research.of the new product marketing from the domestic and foreign experts, they make analysis of new product marketing theory, including positioning, marketing, channel management, product promotion and other aspects of the theory. And by drawing on the CPT company itself, as well as other competitors in the industry’s marketing strategy case. Combined with the existing marketing system and operation mode of itself, they dig out the prooiems of the enterprise, and put forward the solution according to the theory of practice.As mentioned above to promote the success of new products, first of all to find the user. Secondly, according to the product positioning, to develop a reasonable and competitive price, combined with good sales channels have been selected, using a variety of methods to ensure that with a good CPT company to carry out the new product marketing activities. Finally, according to the product positioning, life cycle and sales channels to develop the promotion strategy, for different sales channel characteristics using a variety of forms of promotional activities, etc...Through the combination of theory and practice, the new product marketing strategy proposed by CPT in four aspects is of great significance. It has the same reference for the electric tool industry in other enterprises in the new product marketing strategy.
