The ministry also actively pushed forward the standardization of robots. It has worked with relevant departments and included the robotic industry as a key sector in the "2014 Strategic New Industry Criteria Guidance List".XX is a modern service-type manufacturer providing integrative solution of system design, packaged equipment, project contracting, maintenance services, personnel training and rating etc. in areas of industrial robots, automation and intelligent equipment. Under this background, the company plans to invest 300 million yuan in promotion of intelligent robot industry, and to transform the company into a base for the research and development and industrialization of nationally advanced intelligent robots.This paper presents a comprehensive statement of the project’s construction background and necessity, its construction site, construction conditions, construction content and scale, construction schedule, investment estimate, fund raising and risk analysis etc. in accordance with the state laws, regulations, policies, procedures and codes. Finally, it also put forward some suggestions for the company’s reference in its decision.Conclusions:this project is proposed for growing the business of XX and improving product quality. Abundant economic strength, stable business, broad prospects for product market, significant social and economic effects and well-established infrastructure in Hunan Liuyang Manufacturing Base are very suitable for the construction of this project. As a consequence, the construction of this project is feasible regardless of the economy, the society and the environment. Construction site of this project is located inside Hunan Liuyang Manufacturing Base and is to be built as a modern and scientific production base, so the planning and construction shall be in consistent with the integrated planning and layout. Capital investment of this project is large so construction units and relevant departments shall strictly control and arrange the capital to ensure smooth proceeding of this project. This project is an environment-friendly industry with low discharge of sewage, exhaust gas and waste as well as minor influence on the surroundings. The construction of this project is beneficial to boost economic development of Liuyang and provide employment opportunity for local farmers.
