The Study Of Cultivation Of Main Body In The Type Agriculture Management In Ningxia

In the 21th century,Chinese food production has realized good harvests in succession,but great pressure on sustainable development of agriculture is evidently increasing.The quantities of various types of grain import every year reached several ten million tons,even near one hundred million. What’s more,the rapid township development makes lots of farmers go into town and transfer into non-agriculture industries.It is urgently to solve the problems of Who will feed China"and"Who will be farming".The issue of how to foster new types of agricultural business entities,promote agricultural modern process and realize sustainable development of Agriculture has become an important task.The report to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we should develop farmer specialized cooperatives and stock cooperative society,foster new types of agricultural business entities,develop various forms of scale management and establish a new type of system for intensive agricultural operations.Firstly,this paper starts from the relevant literature data of new types of agricultural business entities.We make a lot of reading and sorting about it,comb some studies about family farms and professional planting large farms.Some documents of domestic and overseas scholars about it were summed up and the relevant concepts were defined based on it.Then,according to the actual development of modern agriculture in Ningxia,we describe the present situation comprehensively from development scale and industrial structure.Also,analysis its influencing factors.We summarize that the problems of new types of agricultural business entities,such as slow development,small scale,weak market competition ability,result from funds,land circulation,social service system and agricultural business entities themselves.At last,we put forward some suggestions to provide theory basis and decision reference for governments in the aspect of increasing policy support,improving land circulation and social service system,promoting the comprehensive quality of farmers,which based on the domestic and foreign agriculture organizations cultivation experience,including family farms in America,the peasant associations in Japan and South Korea,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Netherlands,the family farm in Shanghai,the professional farmers cooperatives in Zhejiang province,and the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong province.
