In the strategy of rural revitalization,it is pointed out that the direction of agricultural development in China is to develop various forms of moderate scale operation,and the importance of cultivating new agricultural operation subjects for rural agricultural reform is emphasized again.China's agricultural development is facing a series of severe tests,such as the loss of rural high-quality labor force,the disorder of agricultural production and the low degree of commercialization of agricultural products.In order to solve the problem of "who is going to plant the land" in the present stage of our country's countryside,we must focus on the cultivation of the new agricultural operation subject.The new agricultural operation subject is the guide of large-scale production,modern production,intensive production and other agricultural production modes in the process of agricultural development in China.It is also the representative of advanced productivity in agricultural production in China.It is also the bridge for small farmers to connect the big market.It has far-reaching significance for deepening rural agricultural reform and developing agricultural modernization in China.After the Corps comprehensively implemented the comprehensive supporting reform,the new type of agricultural operation subject was given the important mission of connecting the decentralized management of agricultural families and the agricultural modernization.The Corps vigorously cultivates new-type agricultural operation subjects,with the purpose of relying on its high-quality productivity,maintaining its agricultural advantages and driving its employees to increase agricultural income.the new type of agricultural operation subject of the Corps is in the developing period,which needs further policy support from the government due to various restrictive factors.In the process of cultivating the new agricultural operation subject,the Corps must further clarify the cultivation standard of the new agricultural operation subject,and ensure that the limited resources to cultivating the new agricultural operation subject with high production capacity and strong production capacity.In view of this,this paper selects the new agricultural operation subject of the sixth division as the typical representative of the Corps,based on the DEA model,evaluates the production efficiency of the new agricultural operation subject of the Corps,and finds out the new agricultural operation subject with high production efficiency,and takes it as the standard for the cultivation of the new agricultural operation subject,giving the best direction of cultivating the new agricultural management subject of the Corps.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current situation of the Corps' cultivation of new agricultural operation subjects,it is found that although the cultivation of new agricultural operation subjects has achieved certain results,it is also faced with a series of problems.In order to cultivate the new agricultural operation subjects with higher production efficiency under the condition of limited resources,the Corps needs to further clarify its best cultivation direction.(2)In this paper,from the perspective of farmers,the production efficiency of new agricultural operation subjects is taken as the standard to the cultivation direction.Through measurement,it is found that: based on the sameproduction front,according to the types of new-type agricultural operators subjects,the production efficiency of new-type agricultural operators subjects is ranked from high to low: agricultural leading enterprises > professional large households > family farm > agricultural and industrial cooperatives.According to the classification of different planting types,the different planting types of new agricultural operation subjects rank from high to low as follows: cotton production efficiency > vegetable production efficiency > fruit production efficiency > grain production efficiency.Based on the different frontier of production efficiency,the production efficiency ranking of new agricultural operators is different in different planting types.For grain and fruit planting,the highest production efficiency is the leading agricultural enterprise.For cotton planting,the highest production efficiency is the professional big family.For vegetable planting,the highest production efficiency is the family farm.(3)Based on the measurement results of the production efficiency of the new agricultural operation subjects,the Corps can cultivate the new agricultural operation subject by stages according to the short-term cultivation direction,medium and long-term cultivation direction and long-term cultivation direction.The short-term cultivation direction mainly focuses on the cultivation of large professional households and leading agricultural enterprises,supplemented by the cultivation of family farms and specialized agricultural cooperatives.The medium and long-term cultivation direction is still focused on maintaining the short-term cultivation direction and consolidating the phased results of its development,at the same time,taking into account the cultivation of family farms and specialized agricultural cooperatives.The long-term cultivation direction is the cultivation of new agricultural operation subjects from policy support to policy guidance,and we should guide all kinds of new agricultural business subjects to form a multi subject cooperative development mode that integrates with each other.
