Cultivating agricultural managers is not only the inevitable requirements of accelerating the building of high-quality farmers and the country's rural revitalization,but also an important way to effectively solve the problems of socialist agriculture,rural areas and farmers and promote the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,the agriculture in China has changed to modern agriculture.With the acceleration of urbanization,the development of agriculture in China has turned to the development of modern agriculture.The trend of agricultural development has shifted from single production to the integration of production,processing,sales and service industries,the trend of agricultural development has changed from single production to the integration of production,processing,sales and service industries,and the mode has also changed from simple product cooperation to enterprise capitalization and marketization."How to operate the land" and "by whom" have attracted the attention of the society.At the same time,with the increasing requirements of agriculture in capitalization,enterprise and marketization,the requirements for labor management capabilities among the new agricultural management entities are also increasing.Under such a development trend,the operation and management of new-type agricultural business entities require specialized professional personnel to follow up,and the construction and cultivation of agricultural managers is imminent.In view of this,this article takes the training of agricultural managers in Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College as an example,combined with the problems presented by the current agricultural manager cultivation,in-depth analysis of its causes,so as to explore more cultivation paths.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter focuses on the current background of agricultural development in China,clarifies the research significance of this article,briefly introduces the research content,research methods and possible innovations and deficiencies of the article.The second chapter expounds the relevant theories of agricultural managers,defines the meaning of new professional farmers and agricultural managers,and explains the differences and connections between the two.The third chapter takes the agricultural manager training of Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College as an example to discuss the current situation of the cultivation of agricultural managers in Chongqing,including Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College agricultural manager cultivation process,cultivation advantages,cultivation plan questionnaire analysis and existing problems and reasons analysis.The fourth chapter expounds the cultivation of agricultural professional managers in Chengdu agricultural science and Technology Vocational College and the cultivation mode and advantages of modern young farmers in Anhui Agricultural University,so as to provide reference for Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College to cultivate agricultural managers in an all-round way.The fifth chapter combines the advantages and problems of Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College in cultivating agricultural managers,draws on the successful experience of cultivating agricultural professional managers in Chengdu Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology and modern young farmers in Anhui Agricultural University,and proposes corresponding thinking and cultivation suggestions.Finally,the conclusion of the full text,which makes a comprehensive discussion and analysis of the ways to broaden the cultivation of agricultural managers in agricultural vocational colleges,contributes to the cultivation of agricultural managers in Chongqing,in order to promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China.
