In 2015, the power market reform is to increase efforts to move forward. Among them, key account power supply safety need more attention from enterprises. This study has important practical significance and practical value.This paper first describes safety of power supply and the relevant risk management theory, evaluation methods, marketing management related basic theory; secondly, the power supply enterprise XX as an example, analyzes the enterprise power supply, power supply safety management of the present situation and problems existing; thirdly, based on the analysis of the status quo. Aiming at the power supply enterprise risk early warning of the risks and benefits of power supply customer rating system based on the defined the basic principles of system establishment, evaluation content, evaluation method, and the evaluation index system in the XX power supply enterprise to carry out the application research, puts forward the objectives, application methods and steps of the evaluation results, and analyzes them. Finally, put forward the relevant suggestions. This research is helpful to improve the management level of the electric power enterprises, promote the development of the power supply risk early warning system, and even the scientific evaluation of power supply security and benefit mechanism design.
