With the rapid development of the Internet, people’s demand is becoming more and more diverse. Demand guides the development of the Internet. Simple operation mode can not meet the needs of Internet users. At the same time, basic operators consider to focus on their construction and maintenance of their own infrastructure, so they will lease part of the resources of spectrum to other operators which are more professional and can offer users various services. Virtual operators emerge at the right moment. Virtual operators do not own the spectrum resources, and they are enslaved to basic operators. If virtual operators want to occupy a place in the market, they need to carry out their own advantages and disadvantages of the analysis. To obtain the maximum benefits, they must formulate the corresponding strategies.In this paper, a mathematical model is established to analyze the effect of price on the benefits between them. According to the relevant information, the benefit functions of users and benefit functions of two operators are obtained, and the method which to use Stackelberg game theory to analyze the price game between the two sides of the game theory is analyzed. Finally operators will got the Nash equilibrium. Through the analysis of the results of the game, we can understand the impact of the various factors on the results and benefits of the game. They meet the operation of the market.Based on the basic model, this paper extends the game elements, and transforms the single variable game into a multi variable game. We use the particle swarm optimization algorithm for MATLAB calculation, simulation the process of multi variable game. In the future, it can analyze the influence of the business model to the user’s demand, so as to expand the model further.It is a effective, fast and direct method to solve the competition relationship between the virtual operators and the operators by using mathematical modeling and game theory.
