With the development of recent years, GDZS has a considerable reputation ripe enterprise culture and development strategy in the field of automatic control.But with the new normal of economic growth,the new energy development pattern,the new trend of innovation-driven development,the new requirements of implement further reforms,the company’s internal environment and external environment has changed; in addition,facing the increasingly fierce Competitive market for computer control systems from home and abroad,In the course of development,the most urgent problem to be solved is how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The company need to recognize the own environment and external competitive environment,find out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company,make out the market competition strategy suitable for the actual situation of the company,in this way,GDZS can grasp the market opportunities and is in an invincible position.By using the theory of enterprises competitive,on the basis of research on high tech enterprises core competence performance and key factors influencing the market competitiveness of high tech enterprises,the paper alalyzes the internal circumstances of the company mainly from several aspects,such as the company’s basic situation,technical innovation, operation and management an so on, and finds out the difficulties of the company.Using Potter five forces analysis technology,the paper alalyzes the competition pattern of enterprises in the industry and the relationship between the industry and other industries; Then on the basis of Potter five forces analysis technology, the paper uses SWOT method to analyze the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and find that the company’s environment is the coexistence of advantages and threats.The paper alalyzes the status and ability of the company’s market competitiveness,and through the analysis of market competition and the data of the benchmarking enterprises,then using 1FE matrix, we get the competitive advantage of the company and discover the problem and the deficiency of the intellectual company.From the management and control efficiency, asset management, market management, scientific and technological investment, production safety and other aspects,the paper puts forward the strategy of improving the market competitiveness of the company. At the same time,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions on the construction of sales team and customer relationship management, and puts forward the guiding suggestions for the recruitment and training of the company in the future.These suggestions will greatly improve the overall quality of the sales team,and improve the combat effectiveness of the team.
