During the economic development process in China, the power enterprise plays an important role in providing stable power guarantee for Chinese enterprises and regional development. With the rapid development of Chinese market economy, the traditional business model of electric industry monopoly will be gradually cancelled. Being proposed repeatedly, the power reform is becoming the trend of industry reform breakthrough. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the core competitiveness of power enterprises and clarify the business strategies and development modes. Considering the comprehensive evaluation indicators of power enterprises need to be analyzed according to the enterprise operation process for evaluating the core competitiveness of enterprises, this paper proposes a set of comprehensive evaluation schemes based on relevant mathematic model. The schemes in this paper can guide the theoretical development of evaluating the core competitiveness of electric appliance industry in China and promote power enterprises to grasp corresponding management methods.This paper mainly contains the following research contents. Firstly, it expounds the research background, the research situation at home and abroad and the research method. Secondly, it analyzes the power enterprises in China and the value of these enterprises through the ordinary and special factors affecting the performance of enterprises. Thirdly, this paper studies the triangular fuzzy number theories and methods applied in this paper. It specifically studies the concepts and nature of triangular fuzzy number and analyzes the theories and methods for realizing decisions through triangular fuzzy number, which lays theoretical basis for this study. Fourthly, based on fuzzy information, it discusses how to determine the weight of each index. Finally, it determines the weight of comprehensive evaluation index system for power enterprises, and constructs the hierarchical structure model to calculate the weight of various indicators and further study the methods of instance analysis. Finally, it summarizes the paper and puts forward expectations.While studying the comprehensive evaluation index of power enterprises, this paper refers to current weight calculation methods for determining the weight of each system index. Through applying the uncertainty and fuzzy characters of application specialist judging information, this paper obtains the determination methods for index weight of mathematic model. During the calculation process, valid questionnaire copies of a total of 25 specialist groups are collected. By dealing these data with MATLAB software, sequencing is thus realized to build the comprehensive evaluation index system and weight calculation methods.
