Research On Evaluation Of Digital Transformation Ability Of Manufacturing Enterprises

How to make digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is one of the important topics in China's digital economy.On the one hand,the number of manufacturing enterprises in China is huge.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an important path for the high-quality development of China's economy.On the other hand,manufacturing companies generally have many problems such as insufficient understanding of their own digitalization and lack of relevant digital capabilities and resources.Through the evaluation of the digital transformation capability of manufacturing enterprises,it has a significant role in promoting enterprises to understand their own gaps and deficiencies and promote their digital transformation.This paper focuses on constructing a digital transformation capability evaluation index system for manufacturing enterprises and conducting an actual application evaluation.Firstly,The literature should be used to sort out the connotation and capability elements of digital and digital transformation capabilities of enterprises,and analyze the role of digital transformation on the development of manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,from the perspective of technological change,organizational change,and management change,a digital transformation capability evaluation index system for manufacturing companies was constructed.Triangular fuzzy numbers and their closeness were used to determine index weights,and how to gather each expert in the process of decision-making for uncertain groups.Questions of opinion.Thirdly,the gray fixed weight clustering method was applied to six enterprises from two industries to analyze the weaknesses of the digital transformation capabilities of the enterprises,and verified the applicability of the evaluation index system for the digital transformation capabilities of manufacturing enterprises.The evaluation results show that the evaluated enterprises have certain digital transformation capabilities,and the emphasis of digital transformation in different industries is different;however,the companies have not broken through the data chain of the entire process of research and development,production and operation,and lack common issues such as digital talents and data security awareness.protruding.Finally,this article combined with the research results,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for digital transformation for manufacturing enterprises and governments.
