Research On Evaluation Of Electric Multi-Business Enterprises Development Power

In recent years, with the advance of the power industry reform and the further improvement of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics system, electric multi-business enterprises enter a new period of development, which have small-scale, single source of income, face greater challenges. Under the premise of great changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise, research on the development of electric multi-business enterprises is completed. Internally, the assets of the platform become mainstream, and on the outside, the market competition is more intense. In view of the current environment, it is an important research content of this paper to establish the evaluation model of electric multi-business enterprises development power and to guide the development of enterprises.In this paper, by the way of combining theory analysis with case practice, the development power of electric multi-business enterprises and its composition elements are studied. Although it is considered that the present enterprise has established the modern enterprise management structure, but in the corporate governance structure, the organization and operation of the structure still need to be improved, and the management incentive mechanism still needs to be resolved. At the same time, enterprises faced with complex internal and external environment, which have too much emphasis on immediate interests, lack of understanding of strategic management, lack of strategic management of enterprises and the development direction.In this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process, establishing the evaluation system of eletric multi-business enterprises development power, and using the questionnaire survey, the quantitative analysis of the specific gravity of each element in the system and eletric multi-business enterprise development power evaluation model is carried out. By using ideal point method, combining development power evaluation model, the ideal eletric multi-business enterprises is obtained. It find that this kind of enterprise should adopt defensive strategy, in which enterprises first stable market position and later focus on the development of dominant resources, improve enterprise efficiency, expand market size. In the capital management mode, improve the corporate governance structure, which include the better construction quality of the board, supervisors and the managers, and improvement of the incentive and restraint mechanism, and through the construction of enterprise culture, build a bridge for corporate governance and strategic management.Combined with the development of an eletric multi-business enterprise, using development power evaluation model, the quantitative comparison between the enterprise development power and the ideal enterprises is carried out by means of radar chart. Based on the theory of enterprise development, the development strategy of the enterprise is put forward.Research results in this paper, provide theoretical guidance for the development of eletric multi-business enterprises under the current situation, and also have a strong practical significance, especially through the establishment of eletric multi-business enterprises development power evaluation model, provide an analytical tool to evaluate the power of enterprise development, which have certain reference value and the reference function to the enterprise on development issues.
