In recent years, the State Grid Corp carry out the construction of electric information acquisition system, marketing departmentpromote more than 4 million smart meter. But under the centralized bidding and purchasing patterns, demand analysis of equipment, procurement and distribution process, there are still extensive management, low working efficiency of the equipment, extended inventory problems.It is difficult to meet the requirements of enterprise lean management, is the bottleneck to further enhance the level of intensive management.This thesis focus on the Beijing Electric Power Company metering equipment distribution process, using the BPR theory as a guide. Analyzing the problems existing in the current business process and the feasibility of the process reengineering, through the demand forecasting model, to realize the process reengineering of the measuring equipment. Analysis the existing problem of the distribution management mode, focuses on the analysis summarizes the existing management bottleneck, on the follow-up to the optimization and reengineering business process plays an important supporting role. Introduce exponential smoothing algorithm, multi parameter season algorithm data mining algorithm, on the electric energy meter procurement, inspection, distribution, demand and multiple link data were collected and analyzed through, the data model is set up, and the historical data into the verification, and constantly improve the demand forecasting model, establishes the mathematical model of a variety of business. In determination of storage allocation mode and demand forecast of the premise, according to the differential graded response strategies of order difference management, through the existing process reengineering of management of technology and architecture from, the realization of the business process reengineering research and practice, enhance the business management level. Through the improvement of information technology, the realization of the demand forecast, order generation, distribution monitoring, inventory management and other business process monitoring, to achieve the measurement of flexible distribution model.After the process reengineering, breaking the original technology and management mode, compressing the management chain, strengthening the information construction means to realize the whole business process monitoring and analysis, so that the distribution efficiency has been greatly improved.This paper analyzes and explores the difficulties in the process of the implementation of the demand prediction and process reengineering.Research significance of this topic lies in the design of a unified and efficient business management model, breaking the barriers to the regional level, and realize the material measurement distribution business intensive integration and specialization operation, reshaping the measurement center of provincial, city and county, supply the material measurement distribution business process and the management mode.
