With the rapid development of economic globalization,Chinese manufacturing industry is playing an increasingly important role on the world economic stage.As the only country in the world that has all the industrial categories listed in the United Nations Industrial Classification,In a few decades,China has gone through the process of industrialization that took developed countries hundreds of years.However,compared with developed countries,Chinese product technology R&D and innovation capabilities are insufficient,R&D process management capabilities are weak,and the manufacturing industry has always been at the bottom of the industrial chain.The new product development process,as a tool and method support for enterprise product development process management,has experienced different development stages such as the Uka era,doorway management,IPD(integrated product development),and agile management,effectively helping companies complete new product development and achieve transformation and upgrading.However,with more and more customer groups,more and more complex product structures,faster market changes,and higher and higher customer requirements,the existing new product development process system has been unable to adapt to the needs of many scenarios.How to achieve new the scenario-based and flexible adaptation of the product development process system has become a practical problem that enterprises urgently need to solve.This article takes G company’s new product development process reengineering as the research case,starts with process change goals,strategies,and ideas,combined with process reengineering theory and new product development process related research,and adopts expert interviews,questionnaires,brainstorming and other methods to analyze G company’s new Extensive research on the process of product development process system reengineering.On the basis of theoretical research and case analysis,a methodology for building a flexible and customized business process system based on the construction of process activity resource pools and using scenario-based thinking is proposed,and this method is discussed in detail according to the implementation steps of the reform project.First of all,through the dimensions of customer needs,strategic requirements,and business appeals,it deeply analyzes the current situation of the new product development process system of G company,and refines the core pain points in accordance with the 28 principles.Secondly,with value-oriented and subversive thinking,the business plan design,process architecture reengineering design,and business process system reengineering design are carried out for business pain points,and the practical effects of the new product development process system in the project after the reengineering are summarized.Finally,from the dimensions of IT support,organizational guarantee,system operation rules,and process KPI performance evaluation,a guarantee plan for the efficient operation of the process system is proposed.The paper solves the business problem of a set of process systems that cannot adapt to the complex and multi-scenarios of manufacturing companies,breaks process solidification thinking and organizational barriers,greatly improves production efficiency,reduces management costs,and provides new product development and other business processes for manufacturing companies.System construction provides new ideas and plans to help enterprises transform and upgrade.
