More and more experiential training agencies appear during the rapid development of the society. These agencies emphasis mental growth, which has an influence on success. This paper pays attention to one of these agencies. The S training agency prepare a three-days curriculum which has an experience of ritualized process for company employees. These process help to build company employees’ organizational identification to their company.Organizational identification is the aim of this training class. It contains a lot of procedures and they are similar to natural ritual in anthropology. So this paper tries to explain the aim in the perspective of ritual theory. There are many procedures in the ritualized process, and how these procedures affect employees to have a sense of identification to their company. Can this effect makes the company’s goal come true? The class can be divided into four parts:the ritual entrance, the ritual class, the ritual game and the ritual departure. The class forms an interaction ritual chains during the training, and turns employees’emotion into identification to their company. This paper uses participant observation and interview to collect complete data.The model of the rites of passage contains rites preliminaries, rites liminaires and rites postliminaires. The employees experience ritualized process in fictitious scene. They are separated from reality with rites preliminaries, then taught agreement between company and themselves in the second parts, at last aroused their emotion towards employer,and then the class is over.The company employees think they learn a lot from the class, as a angle of individual view. The company employers pay more attention to the effect. Since the class affects employees greatly during the training, employers try to learn from the training class. But the class provide a fictitious and coercive surroundings to take the ritualized process.Without the help of professional teachers, the scripts,the property, the company may be difficult to keep the effect with their own training team...
