Study On The Evaluation According To Distribution Center Location Of SF-EXPRESS In Changsha

In recent years, E-commerce has developed rapid in our country, which has caused great express demand. At the moment, the fundamental construction of express company is slower than the development of E-commerce and can’t meet the increasing demand of express market. Therefore, the location selection and construction of express distribution center becomes extremely important. This paper mainly makes research on the location selection issue of Changsha distribution center for SF express.This paper firstly makes analysis of the current research status of location selection evaluation method of express industry and distribution center both at home and abroad and makes research on related theories and method of location selection evaluation of express company and distribution center; secondly, it found out the economic influence factors that affect the location of SF Express’s distribution center in Changsha, and constructed the economic evaluation index system which is based on the main factors such as express delivery service quantity, distribution distance, land investment cost, human resource cost,traffic condition, and make economic evaluation for location selection of SF express Changsha distribution center with adoption of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; thirdly, it found out the social influence factors that affect the location of SF Express’s distribution center in Changsha, and constructed the social evaluation index system which is based on the main factors such as industrial development policy, supporting infrastructure, urban planning, social benefits, and make social evaluation for location selection of SF express Changsha distribution center with adoption of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; lastly, establish comprehensive evaluation system for location selection of express industry distribution center and make comprehensive evaluation for alternative with adoption of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finalize best location selection program for distribution center from four alternative programs.This paper aims to make research on the problems of location selection evaluation for SF express Changsha distribution center and finalize scientific and reasonable address selection program through making economic evaluation, social evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of location selection for express enterprise distribution center. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the distribution center location of express delivery enterprises, and it has a certain practical guiding role.
