| Modern logistics industry in our country has archived sustained and rapid development in recent years, scale of industry and service capacity has increased significantly, it has veritably become a pillar of national economic development. Nevertheless, currently in logistics industry, problems such as high cost, low efficiency, poor coordination and disordered structure still exist. Intermodal Transport, as a key to solve a series of said problems, has been rated by the state to be priority of the logistics industry. In order to realize its fast and better development, we must recognize that Intermodal Transport requires utter support by highly modernized information technology and concept of logistics, and therefore, meet its objective of logistics integration and fully exert its advantages. Information service platform of collaborative logistics under Intermodal Transport is a result of combination of new technology and new concept. It will act as an import prop and a reliable safeguard, thus the need to build it. This paper refers to port of Dalian as a background, conducts a research on Information service platform of collaborative logistics under Intermodal Transport and will plays a critical role in its advancement and health development. We will explore the following sections in this paper:(1) Basis feasibility study on service model innovation of Dalian Port intermodal transportBuilding of the platform. This paper will analysis and demonstrate the need of such platform from three perspectives of demand, which are statutory policy, development of industry and port enterprise. It also elaborates the foundation of the platform building, referring to current situation of "Digital Logistics Port", inside and outside of the information system at port of Dalian. Moreover, it provides a designs of platform framework "One portal, six systems", from the request of users. Essentially it proves the need and feasibility of the platform building and lays some ground work for future actual construction of the platform(2) Working feasibility study on service model innovation of Dalian Port intermodal transportPurpose of the platform. This paper will analysis the process of import/export under conventional circumstances of Intermodal Transport and concludes the shared weak link of import/export process. It will create modeling by using Petri Net, meantime, by adopting incidence matrix, invariant analysis and etc, assess the Petri net modeling and conclude that the process is correct and practical. Then it will optimize conventional import/export process of Intermodal Transport, propose suggestions for improvements, based on "One Document Pass" collaborative service, "Port to Door" express service and "One-stop" integrated service, which are achievable after the platform is built. Similarly, it will also create modeling by using Petri Net, adopting incidence matrix, invariant analysis and etc, assess the Petri net modeling and conclude that the process is correct and practical. This will prove that even after the platform is built, it is possible to optimize the process and it has a value of promotion.(3) Implementation feasibility study on service model innovation of Dalian Port intermodal transportPromotion of the platform. After the platform is built, a reasonable and high effective Intermodal Transport service/demand chain can be formed. An interest relationship is the crucial relationship among members of service/demand chain enterprises. The promotion of the platform must be replicable, other than the overall increase of interest of service/demand chain; a reasonable individual interest growth shall be met as well. This can be the fundamental guarantee to sustain and consolidate the relationship among member enterprises. So we analysis the principle of benefit distribution and influencing factor in game theory, by creating modeling using ANP network analysis in Super Decisions, solve the weighting value of influence factor, then by using correction of sharply value, we solve the interest plan of service/demand chain of Intermodal Transport, we also conduct an example calculation analysis. Finally we conclude that after the platform is built a scientific and reasonable distribution of benefit is achievable and can be reproduced. |
