| China’s air cargo and maritime cargo have been relatively mature,and have certain hardware conditions and management experience for the development of sea air intermodal transport.However,due to the immature operation experience of sea air intermodal transport,the service quality of the whole sea air intermodal transport market is not ideal in recent years due to the impact of the economic downturn and the diversion of air cargo business by other modes of transportation.In this context,it is of great significance to study the measurement of the service quality of air sea intermodal transport and help improve the service quality of air sea intermodal transport.At present,there are many qualitative and quantitative studies on the service quality of air sea combined transport,which is difficult to be based on the accurate and in-depth reference of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out corresponding quantitative research.This paper mainly studies the above problems through quantitative methods such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.First of all,it expounds the industry background,development status and the significance of the research on the service quality of air sea intermodal transport,and makes a relevant overview to clarify the research methods and technical routes.Secondly,it introduces the connotation,characteristics,advantages and operation mode of air sea combined transport,and expounds the logistics service quality theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory as the theoretical basis for the research.Then,it describes the development history,current situation and comparative analysis of service quality of sea air combined transport at home and abroad,which paves the way for the subsequent index analysis.Then,based on the 7RS theory,SERVQUAL model and LSQ model,combined with the specific practice of air sea intermodal transport,the service quality measurement indicators of air sea intermodal transport are determined,and the indicators are sorted and screened to build the service quality measurement indicator system of air sea intermodal transport.Finally,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure and analyze the overall service quality of the sea air intermodal transport industry of enterprise A.It is found that the service quality of sea air intermodal transport of enterprise A is generally not high,which belongs to the medium level,and there is still room for improvement.The overall unsatisfactory service quality of sea air intermodal transport of enterprise A is mainly due to the poor performance in terms of service timeliness.However,compared with other service indicators,the reliability of sea air intermodal transport is the advantage of enterprise A.based on this advantage,the service characteristics and brand characteristics of sea air intermodal transport of enterprise a can be further created,Establish national and even global competitiveness.According to the measurement results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the service quality of sea air intermodal transport of enterprise A. |
