Research On Situation And Problem In Rural Infrastructure Construction

This paper explains the importance of establishing the rural infrastructure, explores its meaning and influence, analyzes of the basic situation of public infrastructure construction of Nitun Town from the angle of public utilities, and finally summarizes the creation process for the various difficulties and problems, and find out the reasons of its occurrence, including unscientific system of construction, unsuitable system of investment and financing, imperfect system of construction management and so on. Finally, through the analysis of the domestic and foreign cases of infrastructure construction, it summed up some management experience and inspiration for reference. On this basis, put forward to build the scientific system construction, improve the investment and financing mechanism, and improve the management system and mechanism to enhance the level of infrastructure of Nitun Town.
