Research On The Performance Of Infrastructure Investment In Xinji Town Under The Background Of Characteristic Town Construction

Under the new urbanization strategy and the new normal of economic development,the linkage development of industrial innovation and urbanization has become a key issue nowadays.The development of characteristic towns as one of the important experimental platforms for innovation supply and new urbanization development has received eager attention.Cultivating and developing characteristic towns is of great practical significance to China’s economic development,and will help accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy and also play a positive role in promoting coordinated and sustainable development between cities and towns.At the same time,while the characteristic towns are booming,the problems of infrastructure construction have also followed.Urban infrastructure is the basis for the comprehensive development of urban society,economy and environment,and also an important support for industrial development.With the acceleration of the process of simultaneous coordination and advancement of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization in China,higher requirements will be placed on urban infrastructure.At this stage,China’s urban infrastructure is generally backward,with insufficient comprehensive support and low functions,which seriously restricts the development of urbanization and the improvement of social and economic benefits.Therefore,this paper will focus on the infrastructure construction of the characteristic towns,analyze the investment risks,and conduct investment performance research to promote the rational investment and continuous improvement of the infrastructure of the characteristic towns.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status quo of infrastructure construction and investment in domestic and foreign characteristic towns,analyzes the significance and purpose of its construction,and formulates the research methods and technical routes of this paper.Then,it expounds the connotation of characteristic towns and infrastructure,analyzes the value,characteristics and functions of infrastructure construction in characteristic towns;analyzes the influencing factors of infrastructure investment in characteristic towns;introduces two kinds of investment performance evaluation method.Then,by analyzing the current situation of supply and demand of infrastructure in the characteristic towns and the causes of the problems,the index system and evaluation model of infrastructure investment performance evaluation of characteristic towns are constructed.Finally,taking the construction of the new towns in the characteristic towns of Yangzhou as an example,from the perspective of investment,the paper analyzes the possible problems or risks in the infrastructure investment construction of characteristic towns and proposes investment risk control measures.The research results show that the development of characteristic towns has infinite potential,and the development of characteristic towns must meet the needs of the social economy and the population of the town.However,there are many risk factors for infrastructure investment in featured towns,and the investment risk is larger than that of general projects.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen risk management and do a good job in investment protection.
