Set Up And Optimization Of Regional Logistics Control Tower Base On AHP And Fuzzy Synthetic Judgement

Based on the modern management concept and advanced manufacturing technology, the manufacturing of the 21 century is under a deep and strategic development. As the completion in the market is more and more critical, more and more manufacturing companies comprehensively recompose in the aspects of marketing, operation, organization and service etc. The competition among the modern companies has becoming the competition among the supply chains. Supply chain is the integration of the material flow, funds flow, information flow and business flow. Business flow is the forerunner of the material flow. Material flow is the base of the funds flow and information flow. The logistics management becomes the crucial factor which directly affects the enterprise core value chain and core competition capacity.In this thesis, the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthetic Judgement is first studied. Based on the status, the unreasonable cases in the current supply chain logistics is analyzed and the proposal of setting up the regional logistics control tower is proposed. Then Delphi Method is used to design the questionnaire, collect the requirement of the experts and subsidiary companies, and finally build up the evaluation model of the solution how to set up the regional logistics control tower. In succession, AHP is used to design the questionnaire about relative materiality of each affection factors, the weight of each evaluate factor are analyzed and calculated. It is helpful to properly arrange the priority of the affection factors under the premise of max meeting with the request of the subsidiary companies. Consequently, we could scientifically evaluate the solutions and reasonably arrange the resources. Finally, the way of Fuzzy Synthetic Judgement is used to finalize the solution of setting up the regional logistics control tower.By setting up the regional logistics control tower, the logistics purchasing power of the subsidiary companies has been combined together and the transparency of the information flow has been increase. Thereby, the logistics cost could be continually reduced.
