Agility is the inevitable tendency of supply chain and management science in manufacture. Supply chain management is oriented to adaptability of enterprises towards market, aims at rapid reconfiguration of the virtual enterprises, investing inter-enterprise cooperation, transforming manufacturing paradigm, improving the management level and economic results. The supply chain performance evaluation system which is considered as a key component of SCM becomes the foundation of supply chain optimization. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to build a complete and scientific supply chain performance evaluation system.First the thesis clarifies some basic concepts and architecture of supply chain and agile supply chain. Then analyzes characteristics of agile supply chain and operation strategy, compares the different and similar of the agile supply chain results evaluation with the traditional business enterprise results evaluation.Then the thesis discusses general principle and characteristics of agile supply chain when constructing evaluation model index for agile supply chain. On this foundation, the thesis builds up an agile supply chain evaluation index system and shows the rationality by comparing proposed frame with typical frame. This test establishes fuzzy synthetic evaluation mode on the foundation of fuzzy mathematics. Moreover it determines and confirms reliability of the weight value based on mathematical method.Finally, it takes a case to demonstrate the efficiency and feasibility of the evaluation system, presents the methods of improving agile supply chain performance.
