| After the global financial crisis in 2008, the management of corporate financial risk has been one of the core topics in each enterprise. The understanding of corporate financial risk by people has been more and more broad and comprehensive; the request of early warning of financial risk, prevention of potential losses caused by financial risks and the countermeasures of financial risks has been increasingly strong, which has led to a lot of deep studied research. The purpose of the early warning of corporate financial risk is to find out the problems and risks of the corporate financial management, expecting to find out and expose the problem and do a relevant prevention and countermeasure of the risks in time so that the corporate can avoid the potential losses and to increase the efficiency of the corporate.Recently, the automotive industry in our country has a rapid development especially after year 2004, which has been playing a increasingly important role in the domestic economy. During the fast development of the automotive industry, not only the car OEM but the relevant part producer as well, has achieved a big progress. The whole supplier chain in the automotive industry has been more comprehensive in the past several years, which has covered every corner of the automotive industry like a huge net. This high degree of “division of work” in the whole supplier chain has brought a big benefit of high efficiency of parts produce. However, the potential financial risk which is unforeseeable and uncontrollable has been planted to the whole automotive industry. For the whole supplier chain, any suppliers’ financial risk may be spread to the car OEM rapidly through the supplier chain. Considering this fact, this paper will select 85 part suppliers of Shanghai General Motors as the research objects to study their financial risk analysis. Based on the previous research, the paper will raise a specific automotive industry early warning indicators of financial risks. |
