Now in the export-oriented market economy rapid development, the market demand is no longer in cyclical change, with big data, cloud computing, the Internet age coming, information intelligence, technology innovation, change the value of social change rapidly, the more and more intense competition, differentiation. How to quickly and accurately, grasp the market vary from minute to minute, we need to build a set of effective process system and method. So the design of product demand has been the core of project management of product development, also the bottleneck of product development successfully transformed into market demand, the key elements of demand. How to quickly respond to market demand change rapidly, unknown to the competition, constantly bring forth the new through the old enterprise products continue to meet the needs of the market, has become the modern enterprise need to consider and the problems need to be solved.Based on the product development and design work of rapid changes in V company to meet the demand of market under the background of V company, the existing market demand management and product requirement design present situation analysis, summed up the bottlenecks and problems that exist in the innovation and enhance the competitiveness of products. Put forward the necessity and feasibility of the improved process and method of the key factors that influence on the front end of the market demand of product innovative development. By constructing the best performance from demand management and design process, technology, science, and efficient product development needs of design management, mining, refining can improve products competition ability, so that customer satisfaction requirements. However, the product development process there are always some basic conditions, when these conditions are not met, the design, the development of product demand is difficult to succeed. The basic condition is decided by the asymmetrical and dynamic customer demand for the real needs of customers, so the research on the level of(customer demand key factors) help us to further improve the new product development process. This paper will combine the actual business demand for products such problems in the process of design and development to proceed, summarize and analyze the key bottleneck and core factors affecting customer demand quick conversion, manage and monitor the processes, methods and tools, to evaluate the effect of implementation and the demand for the product design and development process control.In technology, customer needs analysis the key elements of the design and the gap between $APPEALS product demand analysis model, combined with the KANO model, the AHPanalytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight matrix and classification requirements, identify customers really want to buy the product really have the power, performance or other factors, and through the screening, weight prioritization, fast location convenient product development team for product development, prototype architecture. In effect, the IT platform to achieve unified management, multi-channel, multi dimension, process assessment and other integrated and convenient, friendly operation, auxiliary demand management to quickly, efficiently capture front-end customer demand, improve the decision demand successfully converted into product efficiency, improve the demand of timeliness, objectivity.
